Energy Efficiency Improvement for Energy Intensive Industries
Pöyry's Energy business group has developed, in association
with other Jaakko Pöyry Group companies, specific methodologies and tools to improve the energy efficiency of energy intensive industries.
Our approach is a three-phase work process aiming
at sustainable Energy Improvement (EEI) Programmes (PDF 1107 kB) for industrial sites. The ultimate target
of the Programme is to reduce energy costs and hence improve the competitive and environmental position
of our Client. We have carried out various Energy Efficiency Improvement projects for a wide range of industries, including e.g. pulp and paper, steel, manufacturing, chemicals and food industries.
We have achieved excellent results in most of our projects.
